1. Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Because we source premium, specialized low-vision optics from global manufacturers, shipping times vary depending on item availability:

• In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in our local warehouse are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Direct Shipments (Drop-Ship): To get your items to you as fast as possible, some products ship directly from the manufacturer’s domestic warehouse. These typically ship within 2–4 business days.

• Special Order Items: If an item is temporarily backordered or must be specially ordered directly from the manufacturer to our facility first, processing can take between 5–10 business days before the item leaves our facility.

2. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live transit data.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

• Promotional Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for promotional free shipping (such as our curated Starter Kits) will be shipped via standard ground delivery at no cost to you.
