Snap the pocket ERGO magnifier into the stand, and the exact focal distance is set for the magnification strength of a particular magnifier. This optional mobile base must be purchased for the specific strength of a given magnifier because it sets the working distance for that power. This allows the user to place the magnifier in the stand directly on the reading material, and not struggle to find the correct working distance.
